This article discusses the development of the Islamic Movement PAS (Se-Malaysia Islamic Party and the Da’wa struggle in Kelantan between 1951-2000. This Islamic movement strives to achieve the country's independence by emphasizing the Islamic struggle. Following the country's independence on the 31st August 1957, PAS sought to overthrow the country's independence by establishing an Islamic state. The fact is, PAS is a party early in Malaya who strive and fight in the independence and move as a missionary movement that eventually dominate Kelantan. The purpose of this article is to identify the struggle of the PAS Islamic movement in Kelantan and to analyze the development of the PAS Islamic movement in Malaysia leading to the emergence of the PAS Islamic movement in Kelantan. The study is using qualitative method and the discussion approach in this article is based on primary sources from the PAS Central Islamic movement archive and secondary sources. The study found that the PAS's Islamic movement played a major role in the fight preaching to the people, especially the Malays in Kelantan. Although in its early stages it was regarded as an Islamic teaching that ran away from the religious foundation for using a political approach in the struggle for preaching. PAS was able to shape the social life of the community towards a model of Islamic life. PAS has also strengthened religious education institutions for the needs of the Kelantanese and outsiders to gain Islamic religious knowledge as well as to make Kelantan one of the states designated as a religious hub in Malaysia.
