This issue is specially dedicated through an Editorial Tribute to Al-Marhum Associate Professor Dr. Wan Suhaimi bin Wan Abdullah, the founder, pioneer, and first manager of AFKAR, who passed away on 27 February 2024 (17 Shaʿban 1445H), marking 24 years since the journal’s inception. The volume features peer-reviewed contributions from scholars affiliated with institutions in Malaysia, Indonesia, The United Arab Emirates, and Syria, including Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (CASIS), Universiti Malaya, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi MARA, the Institute of Islamic Understanding Malaysia, University of Darussalam Gontor, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, Institut Agama Islam Tazkia, Al Qasimia University, and Damascus University, reflecting AFKAR’s continued commitment to scholarly excellence in akidah and Islamic thought.
